As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and the comprehensive welcome brochure. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to the city center and tourist sights. The attached bistro bar served great food with a child's menu, making it convenient for solo travelers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the U-Bahn right next to the hotel entrance, making it convenient for transportation. The room, though small, had everything I needed and was very clean. The hotel staff, including the friendly receptionist who waited for my late-night arrival, were helpful and made me feel welcome. The hotel's proximity to the zoo and other must-see places, such as the Römer and Zeil, made it an ideal choice for exploring this city.
